Maninis gluten free fresh pastas, rolls, flour and baking mixes are created and packaged in dedicated facilities free of gluten, wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. Our mixes are periodically tested for gluten to less than 10 ppm and are certified gluten free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO).

All of our Maninis products are made from custom blends of Ancient Grains including Amaranth, Millet, Teff, Sorghum, and Quinoa – grains that have not been hybridized or modified. These whole grains are naturally gluten free and have been a part of healthy diets for hundreds of years. They are high in protein, vitamins, and minerals, setting our products apart from rice and corn based alternatives.  The result is a nutritious, fiber-rich, great-textured food that is delicious.

Our headquarters and our dedicated gluten-free kitchen are located outside Seattle and our dedicated gluten-free blending and packaging facility is located in Richland, Washington. The Maninis gluten free kitchen and blending facility have been certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group.
