Return Policy


As all of our items are perishable foods, we do not accept returns of products purchased on our website.


If a product you purchased arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise i-unusable, we will gladly refund or replace your purchase. In order to receive a refund or replacement, you will need to send to us the package the product came in. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you chose to have the product replaced we will send a new product to you within 7-10 business days, or as soon as we have product available, whichever comes first.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
