Return Policy

Returns

As all of our items are perishable foods, we do not accept returns of products purchased on our website. We also do not provide returns or refunds for any products purchased at a retail store or through any other online store. If you have an issue with products purchased at a retail store or online, we encourage you to take the receipt and any packaging you have to that store for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

If a product you purchased directly from Manini’s arrives damaged (meaning the item itself is damaged other than from shipping/damage to outside box), spoiled, or otherwise unusable, we may refund your purchase. In order to receive a refund or replacement, you will need to send us the package the product came in. We may be able to tell if it can be refunded by sending pictures of the packaging and damage to the following email address: customerservice@maninis.com. If damage was caused by the shipper, a claim will be filed with the shipping company and a refund will be sent once the claim has been approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We do not provide replacement for damaged products; therefore, you will need to reorder the product if you choose.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged.

Exchanges

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 22408 72nd Ave. S., Kent, WA. 98032, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to damaged product, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund. If you are exchanging products, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
