Roasted Garlic Fettuccini Alfredo

1 pack of MANINI’S gluten free Roasted Garlic Fettuccini

¼ cup butter

1 cup heavy cream

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 ½ cups freshly grated parmesan cheese

¼ cup fresh parsley

Salt & pepper


  1. Place pasta in boiling salted water, cook for 3 minutes. Drain & set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium, low heat. Once melted stir in cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Once combined add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly.
  4. Plate pasta and pour sauce evenly over the Roasted Garlic Fettuccini, garnish with fresh parsley. Serve & enjoy!
