Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

1 pack of MANINI’S gluten free macaroni

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

½ cup muenster cheese

2 cups of heavy cream (or milk)

¼ cup butter

2 ½ table spoons of MANINI’S Multi-Purpose Flour

1 tsp of garlic powder

1 tsp of paprika

Instructions

  1. Place pasta in boiling salted water, cook for 1 minute. Drain & set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour. Add heavy cream (or milk), stirring constantly.
  3. Once combined stir in cheeses, garlic powder and paprika and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is thick. Save ½ cup shredded cheddar.
  4. Put Macaroni in a large casserole dish, and pour the sauce over the pasta. Stir well.
  5. Top with the remaining sharp cheddar cheese and bake in the over at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve & Enjoy!
