Manini’s pizza crust is made with a proprietary blend of four ancient grains – Amaranth, Sorghum, Millet and Teff. These US-grown whole grains are naturally gluten free and a good source of protein and fiber. Preparation Instructions

  1. Thaw pizza crust(s) for up to 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat Over to 425F.
  3. Top thawed crust with your favorite sauce and toppings.
  4. Bake directly on oven rack for 14-16 minutes (if cooking from frozen add 2 minutes). Oven temperatures and times may vary.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
